Cultural Training Asia (CTA) is the training arm of Developing Global Leaders Asia, a Singapore based consultancy focused on developing globally competent and socially responsible leaders, cohesive multicultural teams and sustainable corporate culture. - Our programs are results driven, practical and highly interactive. - Teaching methods vary from brief lectures, case studies and videos, to simulations, role-plays and games. - All our programs can be delivered face-to-face or online and can be run for individuals or groups. - Program duration can range from bite-size (2-3 hours on a number of different days) to several days. - Recognising that behavioural change does not happen overnight, our programs include follow-up, such as individual and group coaching. In this way, we ensure that learning is properly embedded and participants have support in implementing their newfound knowledge and skills.
