Organizations that serve the Jewish community need outstanding leadership to navigate a rapidly changing social, cultural and organizational landscape. The Executive Leadership Program provides rising JCC and Federation leaders an opportunity to frame community challenges, envision communal futures, strategize for their organizations, and gain critical leadership and management skills. The 16-month program includes: Three seminars in Boston One seminar in Israel Learning opportunities between seminars Individual work with a mentor Fellows form a continent-wide network of peers who share a commitment to vision-guided leadership and a passion for the advancement of Jewish life. Graduates participate in continuing educational, training and mentoring activities sponsored by the Mandel Institute for Nonprofit Leadership. The Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Foundation covers travel and program expenses. Sponsoring organizations provide release time for participation in the program seminars.
