Secret Sunrise is an international, interactive & progressive dance movement. We Facilitate dance sessions in a fun, energetic celebration of the day that combines world dance forms, eastern practices, make believe and self-expression. Guests are given wireless headphones on arrival and our whacky instructor's guide patrons through a unique, themed session. Secret Sunrise aims to bring about connection through interaction. All the ‘Sunrisers’ have to do is let go and enjoy. With the mantra #SharetheJoy The #SharetheJoy Revolution & Secret Sunrise intends to connect people and bring about intrinsic change through dance interaction.The root question at the base of everything Secret Sunrise is built upon is: ‘How can we have fun and make a difference? Our product offering includesesions at any time of the day, sunrise and sunset being the most popular, we have hosted Secret Sunsets, Secret Saturdays/Sundays, fitness, Team building, Corporate & private Secret Sunrises, even Weddings. We usually theme our classes and offer the opportunity for guests to interact with themed messages, dress up and be as silly as possible. Dress up is optional but highly recommended. These themed sessions although fun and quirky also offer us the opportunity to explore and delve into deeper more mindful topics, such as compassion, self-expression, fear and acceptance for examples. At Secret Sunrise we like to celebrate the unordinary and step out of our comfort zones. It’s a great opportunity to let go in a safe space, be ridiculous and have some fun. It is important to note that WE ARE NOT A PARTY and we promote a healthy, conscious lifestyle, & WE ARE NOT A SILENT DISCO . Alcohol and substances are not allowed at our events. We hope that Secret Sunrise will bring people together and will help us to start to engender a greater community spirit.We sing, dance, laugh, cry, shout, stomp, hug and find stillness all in a safe space where these emotions are not only accepted but encouraged.
