As SMO Proclinica is specialized in managing clinical research sites. We are service providers for contract research organizations (CRO), pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies and even for clinical research sites. Our Study Coordinators will take care of non-medical trial specific processes and tasks to improve the outcome for sponsors and reduce the burden for research teams. Study Coordinator is the main liaison between the Site, the Sponsor and the CRO. Our SCs have medical background, experience in various phases of clinical trials, and up to date ICH-GCP training. SC will help plan patient visits, maintain the Investigator Site File, manage IP-related procedures, ensure proper collection and processing of biological samples, and ensure smooth communication among all parties, resulting in faster recruitment, more patients per site, better data integrity, timelier data entry, between-site consistency, hence fewer data queries, better compliance to the study protocol and the GCP.
