By monitoring a patient’s condition over a long time period, we’re able to effectively shepherd them through their journey to optimal health. This journey consists of an initial assessment (including diagnostic testing), followed by scheduled adjustments to stabilize the patient’s condition and monitor them at regular intervals to maintain this achieved stabilization.
