Lucy Mackenzie Humane Society is one of the oldest continuously operating no-kill Humane Societies in the country and the oldest in Vermont. For one hundred years, we have been providing shelter and care to unwanted and neglected companion animals while working with the public to foster responsible animal ownership through our training programs, humane education programs, and our spay/neuter clinics.
