Our SCOOP Ed programme focuses on helping vulnerable people through personal, academic, and job-seeking support. From subjects in Art, IT, English, Mindfulness, and Music etc. we hope that SCOOP Ed will provide these young people with the skills they need to shape a promising future. SCOOP Recruit is a pre-employment training programme for job seekers living in Direct Provision in Ireland. It is mainly delivered online to circumvent barriers relating to travel and access to centres. The programme empowers people seeking asylum to secure employment, internships & voluntary work. Our Artist Residency Programme aims at artists currently or previously living in the Direct Provision system in Ireland. It is an opportunity for participants to enhance and develop their skills and art practice in Ireland while also provide an opportunity to network with other artists. We recently launched two pilot programmes to support our fundraising efforts: SCOOP Kitchen focuses on the growing crisis of homelessness. As a pilot, we have initially launched this programme in Dublin. The artwork will feature monthly on Dublin Pizza Company's pizza boxes. The funds raised from the sale of these limited-edition prints will aid in the development and delivery of SCOOP Ed.
