InnoMet Engineering works with clients in two main areas. The first being “Concept to Production” product development and small batch manufacturing, assisting the customer to develop/design their product and then utilising a niche supply chain to complete prototypes & Development phases, or small batches while allowing their manufacturing business to continue as “business as usual”. The second is business support on a contract or project basis. The business support includes Project Management (Prince II qualified to practitioner level), Lean Manufacturing (Blackbelt), New Project Introduction and Temporary Business Support.
