Our company has been established by Ernst & Young Consulting Austria in the year 1996 as one of the very first management consulting companies in the Region. Cap Gemini of France acquired Ernst & Young’s management consulting practice worldwide, including operations in Croatia, creating Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Hrvatska. Because of strategic reasons, CGE&Y decide to sell CGE&Y Hrvatska to current management, which change the name into T&MC Zagreb In order to expand the business activities in the region, we created T&MC Group with headquarters in Munich, Germany with subsidiaries in Zagreb, Sarajevo, Belgrade and Skopje. Today the T&MC Group is one of the leading companies offering consultant and professional services in the SEE region.
