The Team is involved in a full range of projects from Tenant Improvements to Limited Ground-ups. We are currently working with National accounts as well as Commercial Catastrophic Disaster Reconstruction. Our Teams resume includes Tenant Improvements, Retail, Restaurant, Re-Stacking, Call Centers and Industrial. Since the end of 2015 - 1st Q of 2018 DD&K has served a National Client who represented some of the most visible brands in the world from there Global Call Centers. DD&K was responsible not only for the delicate infrastructure in the ever changing world of Data Cabling but we were also on the front lines of strategic seating and furniture lay-out which was lead by a Denver local Company. The most rewarding part had to be the individual work areas and pods dedicated to each client. These clients... Airbnb, microsoft, netflix, Dollar Shave Club to name a few. These clients met with 24/7 Intouch and there design team to create an environment and surroundings that caught the eye and teased the mind. These builds were on driven by some of the most aggressive schedules we have ever been up against and 9 out of 10 times we made the grade and the 1 or 2 times in the last 2 years that were close we were still able to satisfy the need of our client. Alliant National Title Insurance, an upgrade & expansion with some of the finest Mill-work, Doors and Glass to match the existing standards set forth by its founding group. Approx 5,000 sf @ 100 sf Drawings from OZ architecture. Builds at the Forum included Premier Health and RMHC Pediatrics. We are currently working projects in Erie, Ft Morgan and reviewing several projects for the State including a Project at Northeastern Jr. College.
