Starting from conceptual design and design development, 2-D and 3-D renderings for visual tools, professional presentations and the development of spec books for initial bidding purposes. This is followed through by construction management and subcontractor coordination, development and management of furniture bid packages (F,F&E) and non-bid furniture packages, selection of color scheme, interior construction materials and finishes, selection of lighting and plumbing fixtures along with appliances, procurement of interior products and logistics of order entry, delivery and final installations.
