www.nathanleaffoundation.orgOur Mission: To provide patients with the information access to identify the best care possible for their individual healthcare situation. Utilizing today’s digital tools the Nathan Leaf Foundation will provide focused answers utilizing a key word search to send patients and their caregivers in the right direction in an expedient manner removing the frustration of information overload. Our Story: Nathan Leaf was stricken with an acute healthcare crisis at 16 years of age. His parents, Frank and Diane Leaf, strove to provide the best care by navigating the maze of the Medical Internet of Things. In memory of their son, the Nathan Leaf Foundation will provide easy to access, tailored information for today’s healthcare facility patients and their caregivers, struggling to gain knowledge and to survive the crisis amid the restrictive atmosphere of regulations, government cost cutting and an onslaught of new technologies and terminologies that make acute healthcare confusing and hard to navigate. Current information site inefficiencies, complexities and information volumes are prohibitive to those in crisis.
