Embracing Diversity | Celebrating Uniqueness Ananya–Women@Work is a Diversity and Inclusion consulting firm to promote more inclusive environment for women in workplace. We believe in the philosophy that “women-friendly workplaces” in effect translates to “people-friendly workplaces.” Organisations which intentionally set diversity goals are fairly successful in achieving them too. However, most organisations continue to struggle to set inclusion goals and hence find it challenging in working towards them. The evidence of this is visible with data indicating the decreasing percentage of diverse workforce as we go higher in the corporate ladder. Ananya-Women@Work supports organisations in creating a making their culture more inclusive for all its employees irrespective of the gender, age, sexuality, religion, caste, educational background, state of residency, cultural preferences etc. At Ananya-Women@Work we work in a partnership model with our client organisations to study their unique culture and needs and work closely them to design and implement specialised solutions.
