Embracing Diversity | Celebrating Uniqueness Ananya–Women@Work is a Diversity and Inclusion consulting firm to promote more inclusive environment for women in workplace. We believe in the philosophy that “women-friendly workplaces” in effect translates to “people-friendly workplaces.” Organisations which intentionally set diversity goals are fairly successful in achieving them too. However, most organisations continue to struggle to set inclusion goals and hence find it challenging in working towards them.
