Engineering Leadership Circle (ELC) - UF
ufelc.weebly.comEpsilon Lambda Chi (also known as Engineering Leadership Circle or ELC) is an University of Florida engineering leadership organization. Founded in 1971, ELC recognizes UF engineering students and alumni who have demonstrated the qualities of exceptional leadership and character. This organization provides a platform for like-minded people to share and discuss topics proposed in our general body meetings. In addition, ELC forms unity among engineering leaders and supports other leaders in achieving their goals. Applications for ELC open every semester. Currently Spring 2023 applications are closed and will open on March 1st and close at 11:59pm March 31st. We will have multiple recruitment events throughout March; be on the lookout to see when they are happening! Applicants must meet the following requirements: -Be a full time undergraduate or graduate student in the College of Engineering -Have completed at least one semester of undergraduate or graduate Engineering work at the University of Florida -Have a minimum overall 3.0 grade point average -Have the following: -Shown exceptional leadership ability -Exemplary character -Endeavor to foster the spirit of unity among leaders -Pride in the engineering profession Follow Engineering Leadership Circle on our Facebook page (Engineering Leadership Council - UF) and our LinkedIn page (Engineering Leadership Circle UF) for any updates.
