Group and Individual coaching including Breakthrough Success Club which is made up of three group coaching programs that are designed to develop leaders. The first program, Mindset Reset helps clients shift beliefs so that members can operate from an empowered state of mind. Program two, Empowered Projects gives those who have completed the first program the structure and tools needed to design and execute the plans needed to achieve desired results. The Masters program is for graduates of the first two programs and provides group and coaching support to sharpen, deepen and broaden the scope and capacity of group participants. Mindset Reset and Empowered Projects Programs are each 4 months long. Each Program consists of twelve 90 minute sessions (3 per month) covering a curriculum of 9 modules each. Groups of up to 6 members meet with the coach virtually using Zoom.us video conferencing. Graduates of Empowered Projects move on to a Masters Group. Another group coaching program, True Self Leadership is also offered. Inspired by the Internal Family Systems Therapy Model. Breakthrough Success Club and True Self Leadership are part of Bill Tierney Coaching, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Bill Tierney, Mindset Coach. Coach Tierney also offers customized individual coaching and team training to executives and other leaders.
