At FST Consulting we are passionate about providing clients with the information necessary to handle food in a safe and sanitary manner. Through this we deliver 1 on 1 training of staff and industry leaders to obtain their Ministry regulated Food Handler Certificate. In addition to this, we also provide in house consultations for on site environmental food safety controls and HACCP awareness. We have worked with a number of different clients ranging from a number of Ontario Colleges, Employment Agencies and popular restaurant chains.
