This includes a thorough appraisal and valuation on the business. Following candid discussions an exclusive sale agreement is drawn up. The process then includes the preparation of a comprehensive but weighted Information Memorandum, the use and signing of Confidentiality Agreements, design and placement of advertising, direct marketing where applicable, database searches, the screening and qualification of prospective purchasers, negotiation, assistance with due diligence and assistance with Sales Contracts.
