Description Founder and CEO, Claire Ortiz has been making a name for herself in the apparel industry for over 25 years. Raised in Orange County, California, Ortiz is known as a visionary and entrepreneur who has worked her way up the ranks from designer to Global Business Director at companies such as Esprit, Brand Jordan and Nike, as well as owning and selling a few of her own successful businesses along the way. In addition, Ortiz has advised some of world’s most advanced R&D teams, working to help push their product beyond what was considered possible. Known for her talent, intelligence and perseverance, Ortiz has been a contributor in building some of the world’s largest apparel brands. Co-Founder and Vice President of Branding, Heather Park, began her design career over 20+ years ago. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Park is a Creative Director who has the ability to think about the big picture as well as work in a variety of mediums. Prior to partnering in Ortiz Industry, she owned her own Branding Agency and has done high-level brand strategy, graphic design and art direction in a variety of industries including apparel, footwear, hospitality and furniture for some of the world’s most prestigious brands such as Nike, Halekulani, Brand Jordan and Hive. Ortiz and Park have been working together for over 13 years, beginning with their work at Nike building the Brand Jordan Apparel line from the bottom up. Theirs is that rare working relationship where creativity and business blend successfully helping them to both see and create the future.
