Operating since 2000, the studio currently offers small group mat and barre classes along with private, semi-private and group reformer and chair classes. The studio is equipped with STOTT Pilates equipment which includes three professional reformers, one rehab reformer, along with cardio tramps and jump boards, stability chairs, arc barrels, ladder barrel, spine corrector, stability balls, foam rollers, mini balls, poles, fitness circles, gliders, dance barres and more.
