For over fifteen (15) years, SMS Transportation Services, Inc. (SMS) has provided specialized mobility systems to the disabled communities in both Riverside and Los Angeles Counties, with approximately 100 in-service vehicles. SMS is headquartered in downtown Los Angeles and provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) and paratransit services throughout the Southern California region. Our terminals are strategically located to ensure prompt, efficient and reliable transportation to our customers. We have acquired a reputation of being flexible and very responsive to our clients. We are able to maintain the highest level of service through ongoing training specifically in the areas of customer service and safety. We enforce daily vehicle inspections (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report) that are conducted by our drivers before they depart the terminal. Our mechanics strictly adhere to our preventive maintenance program to ensure vehicle safety and efficiency. We continue to foster relationships with the public by not only serving our community through our transportation efforts, but by supporting local activities that support the people we serve.
