Upon the completion of our research, firms are ranked across three tiers with other notable mentions classified as “Recommended”. Individual lawyers are classified as “Preeminent”, “Leading” and “Recommended”. The listing of leading firms and individuals within each state not only creates an environment for a more accurate recognition of Australia’s leading lawyers but also allows for informed choices when seeking to retain a “local” lawyer. The key differentiating feature of Doyle’s Guide’s research is that we guard our independence fiercely. We do not: Accept advertising or paid profiling from law firm, lawyers or barristers; or Court or require the participation of firms in our research. As such, Doyle’s Guide’s content is driven entirely by independent research.
