The Sensory Chair Company is a research and development venture that designs deep touch pressure chairs for people with autism and sensory processing disorder. Our first product, The Sensory Lounger, is a patent-pending sensory-based lounging chair that applies calming deep touch pressure to the occupant. Using a sophisticated diaphragm pump and inflatable air compartment system, seated in a comfortable lounger-style frame, the Sensory Lounger is designed for use by occupational therapists in special education and therapy center environments.
