Syncopation Strategy Consulting is the corporate incarnation of myself - senior advisor Mattias Eriksson. Through Syncopation, I offer consulting services in the fields of strategy, innovation and change management. Over the course of the last twenty years, I have helped companies improve their competitiveness and generate growth by developing and driving numerous new business ventures from strategy, through implementation to operation. I've learnt a lot, succeeded often and failed plenty. I channel all of this experience into my assignments, along with an analytical and creative mind, ambition to do great work and passion for progress. My background is in digital, consumer services and the TIME sector (telecommunications / internet / media / entertainment) and during my years in industry, I've been fortunate enough to drive strategic shifts that's helped three companies transition through three different waves of digital transformation. In the last five years, I have increased my focus on service design and ways of integrating design methodologies into strategy development and business planning to improve overall customer experience. The area is receiving a lot of attention right now and many companies struggle with transitioning design into a strategic discipline. The challenges are great, but the rewards are even greater.
