The CAPITA3 Leader Launch™ program is designed to launch women entrepreneurs and innovation leaders into higher levels of confidence and effectiveness in a 21-day period. Participants go on to produce crucial milestones in their startup or business, often much faster than they'd imagined possible. Graduates of this program gain access to ongoing events and a network of like-minded women rock stars on a mission to support their peers in achieving huge success. ________________________________________ This program is based on CAPITA3's extensive experience in leader transformation inside startup and company environments, combined with extensive testing and validation of proprietary methods we've developed specifically for women and diverse entrepreneurs. The program is delivered in four 3-hour sessions over 21 days in women cohorts, in an environment where women can discover and transcend what is blocking them from being the incredible startup leader they want and need to be. Participants learn tools and methods they apply within the 21 day program, which they can use repeatedly for future milestones. Each participant develops and executes on a highly individualized 21-day plan to meet her specific leader growth needs, accelerated by a cohort of successful women.
