Kommunikationslotsen Associated Facilitators. We are cultivating the human, natural capacity for leading, facilitating and mentoring. We coach, consult and train individuals, groups and entire organizations. In the 1990s we became involved with large-group interventions and american ideas about organizational development and process consulting (e.g. Marvin Weisbord, Kathleen Dannemiller, Harrison Owen, David Bohm, Ed Schein). Much of what we implement in our work is based on our passion for autonomy, freedom, mutual sensemaking and wise decision making. This is coupled with our personal experience of earthwisdom, native traditions and old cultural techniques, with which we (all) came into contact in early stages of our lives.
