We have developed this cost-effective tool to help screen for the symptoms of the virus. The CDC reports that temperature tracking for all employees and visitors to nursing homes, including skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities, will help the fight against further infection and reinfection. Nursing home populations are at an extremely high risk of becoming affected by the Covid-19 pathogen. With our background in health care, we realized that we could solve this problem. A low-cost solution is imperative for those facilities that are balancing the cost of the CDC requirements with their budgets. This assessment in these difficult times has motivated us to develop this low-cost, effective temperature tracking tool for all facilities, especially long-term care facilities.
