Unilab Foundation, Inc. (ULF) is a non-stock, non-profit organization focused on building a healthier Philippines. It aims to fulfill the promise of holistic health to over 100 million Filipinos – uplifting not just the physical but also the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of health. To fulfill its mission, ULF develops health programs following this work process: Find the gap. ULF identifies the highly needed, yet highly neglected aspects of health in marginalized sectors or communities where action can create the greatest impact. Develop interventions. To address these gaps, ULF creates programs with the support of science and research, aiming for measurable outcomes. Convene partners. In the spirit of bayanihan, ULF joins hands with other groups and individuals who believe in and champion the same health causes. Pilot the program. To ensure the sustainability, ULF tests its programs to measure their effects, improve their design, enlarge their scope and multiply their reach. Scale up. ULF programs are not about dole out or one-time interventions. ULF creates health interventions that are measurable and readily replicable by others. In this way, ULF and its partners shall make a bigger difference in the health of over 100 million Filipinos.
