The Research Institute for Learning and Development, (ResearchILD) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization that researches, develops, and distributes strategies for students with executive function challenges. Through research-based curricula, multimedia materials, professional development, and instructional support, ResearchILD partners with educators and families to effectively support students to learn, grow, and achieve. Some of the ways we support students, educators, and families: SMARTS EXECUTIVE FUNCTION (EF) CURRICULUM - Our curriculum helps students develop and strengthen EF strategies – goal setting, cognitive flexibility, organizing and prioritizing, memorizing, self-checking and monitoring – which can be the difference between success and failure, particularly in the current environment.
