Started by Mac Heavener in the 60's, Heavener Realty was a growing force in the residential real estate world in Northeast Florida. When Mac helped form ERA as a global franchise and jumped on to become the CEO, he always kept one real estate office in his hometown of Jacksonville, FL. Today, ERA Heavener Realty, is owned and operated by his nephew, Jeff Riber. Being that it's a family business, we are focused still on providing quality real estate guidance and expertise in Northeast Florida.
