A Healthy Life starts with a Healthy Mind We help stressed-out bread-winners, who feel they have no time for their health or their dreams, take back control so they can get healthy in all aspects of their life, allowing them to live the life they desire and actually discover that by focusing on themselves they can better support those they love. What we have found is that stressed out bread-winners have spent most of the last few decades taking care of others and have let their well-being take a back seat. They woke up one day realizing their body has changed, they are unable to do the things they used to do and feel like they are getting old way too quick. They feel solely responsible for those they care for and thus they consistently don’t make time for their own well-being. They try this and then that and rarely make headway to feeling better about themselves, their bodies, their health. They feel overwhelmed with too much to do and that their time will never come. The reality is they can’t see that the more they ignore their own needs the farther they fall down the rabbit hole and the less space they have for supporting anyone. When they do focus on themselves, it usually starts with losing weight and getting healthy, it is more a directive from their doctor or family and only adds to their stress. What we have found is that no one ever gets healthy and loses weight (and keeps it off) until they’ve developed the right mindset.
