Patisserie Holdings PLC are a company which operates under five different brand names: Patisserie Valerie, Druckers Vienna Patisserie, Philpotts Ltd, Baker and Spice and Flour Power City Bakery. We are currently undergoing a vast expansion plan which will see more stores open nationwide under the Patisserie Valerie brand in the next six months. The Head Office is based in Birmingham and we have six bakeries throughout England and Scotland which produce products seven days a week to be sent out to our stores. We also have a National Distribution centre in Birmingham which services all of our sites. Our staff are very important to us and we have 2500 employees throughout the UK based in our stores, bakeries, transport and warehouse distribution.
