Ashoka School of Business has been founded on two key industry observations: Firstly, modern management education to remain relevant has to be tech blended with disruptive techs like AI, ML, and analytics. Secondly, management grads need more exposure in which traditional activities like internships and industry visits do not suffice. Hence, ASB has unique mentor programs like Executives in Residence (EIR) wherein industry experts adopt grads and help them understand the corporate clockwork. Additionally, the Global Immersion Program takes grads through a week-long program in Singapore. It is enriched with lectures by world-renowned faculty and workshops on Singaporean culture and economy.
