Founded in 1999, B-Connected is a contact center active in Belgium led by a motivated team of deeply-skilled talent. Having gained experience by working in multiple call centers over the years, the team at B-Connected established three core principles: “Yes we can” – “Yes we want to”– “Yes we want to do and achieve more” to build a new kind of Contact Center. From the beginning, the BC vision was to embed its values in a company that creates a familial, dynamic, and entrepreneurial work environment where employees arrive each day with a smile.
