We work for many brands from different market segments of fashion . 15 employees work in our studio and are part of different divisions: Style, Product Development, Engineering design (3D metal components); and Quality pre-production control o OUR GOAL is to create a communication between clothing and accessories: small accessories collections but focus on sales. o WE SHARE merchandising and a collection plan with the client CREATIVE PHASE: DNA study of the brand, mood-board, render ok the shape in different colours /Materials and finishing MATERIAL and metal components research based on client target price ah quality standard DEVELOPMENT PHASE • Coordination with client calendar and timing • coordination of the prototypes MANUFACTURES SELECTION: we have a wide range of contacts of manufacturers or we can work with the Client’manufactures if there are special commercial conditions. Otherwise, WE PROPOSE the appropriate manufactures based on production quantity and target price • Launching mockups and prototypes in Italy/CHINA/Europe • Modification of mockups • Launching of final prototypes • Metal and material quality check • Verification of final “MASTER” • Coordination of the correct industrialisation and production of the Collection
