Audacia is known for not adding Sulphur to our wines during our winemaking process, thereby unmasking and unleashing the fresh fruit and delicate flavours in wine that are often suppressed by Sulphur additives. PLUS you get none of the sulphur associated allergens, irritations or headaches normally associated with ‘Sulphur Added’ wines. BY LAW only wine with less than 10parts per million can be labelled NO SULPHUR ADDED.
