The Johnson Institute is dedicated to promoting ethics and accountability in leadership through teaching, research, and outreach. Our goal is to improve the quality of leadership in government, the nonprofit sector, and in public-serving businesses. Located within the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh, the Johnson Institute addresses ethical leadership issues through: -Curriculum design and faculty development programs -Cutting-edge research -Public forums, workshops and conferences -Consulting and technical assistance -Leadership Portfolio Program.
