Cheryl is available for Personal Training, Nutrition and Wellness Coaching, and Group Fitness classes. Pauline Roa Pauline graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, she now combines her knowledge and experience in injury rehabilitation to help clients improve on mobility, strength and fitness. Pauline is available for Personal Training as well as Group Fitness classes. Lucy Matthews Lucy is an ACE certified Personal Trainer, a graduate in Education Studies and a trained dancer from the Italia Conti London School of Dance. Lucy has completed the Mens' Health Urbanathlon, Tough Mudder, as well as The National Three Peaks Challenge. Lucy is available for Personal Training and Group Fitness Classes. Emily Teng Emily has been hosting races and events for Nike Singapore since 2011. She is now a Nike Training Club (NTC) Trainer. Emily is available for Group Fitness Classes.
