Building Opportunities for Student Success (BOSS) is a Wisconsin-based community program that offers underrepresented and under-resourced high school students the skills, mentorship, and resources to make the field of architecture and design more accessible. BOSS seeks to provide a pathway to the industry by offering workshops, professional design opportunities and experiences for first generation and underrepresented high school students.
