IMS Ltd, part of the Broadcast Text Group, operated as a supplier of media access services to broadcasters, film and DVD distributors, and advertisers and their agencies. It offered a range of services including closed captioning, translation subtitling, audio description, document translation, signing, and voice-over services for broadcast and other media. In April 2013 IMS was acquired by BTI Studios and is now part of BTI Studios UK. Its passionate employees still deliver the same services but for a wider range of clients and in many languages.
