Officers of the Courts is a 501(c)(3) approved non-profit that provides free attorneys to service members injured as a result of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. When our men and women in uniform are wounded in combat and can no longer serve in the military or pursue civilian careers, their pensions, healthcare and benefits are not guaranteed. Founded by attorney Mike Pasquale, Officers of the Courts fights to obtain healthcare and disability benefits to service members transitioning to veteran status as a result of service-connected injuries, and provides counsel after they become veterans on Dept. of Veterans Affairs benefits, Social Security, re-employment, family law and other common legal issues facing wounded veterans-often all at once. With a proven track record of achieving profound results on their behalf, Mr. Pasquale has represented wounded service members free of charge since 2006, and founded Officers of the Courts to take his unique services to a greater portion of the 900,000 brave Americans in uniform injured as a result of the past 14 years of war.
