We are an organization dedicated to serving the needs of the I/O profession in the greater Chicagoland area. This covers a large and diverse group of people, but our goal is to be inclusive of everyone, from new students just starting out at one of the many local I/O programs to grizzled veterans who still remember rotating factors by hand. It doesn't matter whether you're in the city or a far off suburb, academic or practitioner, internal or external, job seeker or hiring manager. So whether or not you have a PhD or Masters, or whatever else, CIOP is for you! We strive to be your source of insight, information, and resources in psychology applied to the workplace.
