WEM, Inc., was founded by actor and producer, Addison Witt in 2001. In 1998 Addison was doubling as an actor and Hollywood agent. He was cast as a cop in a new TV pilot called "Crash." In a surprise twist, the daughter of famed OJ Simpson lost control of her car and crashed through Witt's living room window while he was watching "Colors," the film about the LAPD CRASH unit. Addison was thrust into a "True Hollywood Story," and was asked to choose acting or representation. Two years later Witt Management was formed and remained in business for 20 years.
