4J Solutions LLC provides business advisory, interim executive management, and management consulting services to the construction and energy sectors. Previous experience and specific areas of expertise include commercial, operational and project management, M&A and divestiture support, strategy development and implementation, process improvement, financial analysis and planning, and leading organizational change. 4J Solutions LLC was founded in 2015 by John R Abadie. Through 4J Solutions, Mr. Abadie has served in various interim executive and corporate officer and director roles. Prior to founding 4J Solutions, Mr. Abadie spent 22 years in the global energy services business including five (5) years as the Chief Operating Officer of Cal Dive International, a US publicly traded construction and diving services contractor. During his tenure at Cal Dive, Mr. Abadie was responsible for managing worldwide operations including business development, sales, project management, and supply chain management for business units located in five continents with an annual turnover of over US$500 million. Prior to his tenure at Cal Dive, Mr. Abadie served in various commercial and operational leadership roles for firms in the construction and offshore marine services industry and has been involved with the acquisition, negotiation, and/or management of construction contracts exceeding US$5.0 billion in value. Mr. Abadie is a Graduate of the Advanced Management Program from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
