We have proprietary high-purity, high-yield, streamlined and cost-effective processes and our facilities are compliant under US FDA, EU EMA and China NMPA Plasmid, mRNA, and Viral Vector development, manufacturing and import/export regulations. Plasmids are manufactured in a multi-product cGMP facility that includes multiple upstream suites, downstream suites and a fill-finish suite with an isolator and filler. The facility includes 30L disposable fermenters for plasmid production. Viral Vectors are manufactured in a cGMP viral vector facility that includes multiple upstream cell culture, upstream viral vector production suites, downstream processing and fill-finish suites. The facility includes 500L and 2,000L disposable bioreactors for viral vector production. CoJourney’s Process Development labs allow separate, client specific project rooms and are equipped with state of the art and large-scale equipment. The analytical development and Quality Control laboratories provide state of the art analytical equipment are focused on analytical development and performing all stages of release testing for plasmids and viral vectors.
