The Gourmet Bawarchi was born in a small flat in Aarey Colony back in 2016. What started out as an indian fusion cooking show on Youtube has blossomed into a full fledged restaurant, and retail consulting business that is on an inflexion point as of 2018. We work on a totally merit based system and absorb employees only through the internship model. We are a company for the youth, the fresher who gets asked at his/her first job interview (Do you have experience?) We will not ask you any such ridiculous question. Once absorbed into the system you will be a stakeholder in the company and every project will have an incentive attached to it. You will be thoroughly trained in client servicing, legal ramifications, budgeting, sales pitches and any other technical skills that you would like to learn we will try our best to expose you to that domain. Skills that you will need to work at atleast 2-3 firms to acquire.
