NARSOL is the nation’s oldest civil rights organization dedicated exclusively to defending the rights of registered citizens and their families. NARSOL envisions effective, fact-based sexual offense laws and policies which promote public safety, safeguard civil liberties, honor human dignity, and offer holistic prevention, healing, and restoration. NARSOL actively recruits members and facilitates the establishment of affiliates that work together for the elimination of public sex offender registries throughout the United States. Through its foundation, Vivante Espero, NARSOL supports legal challenges to laws that deprive registered citizens and their families of rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and, if applicable, the constitution of the state in which they reside.
