WA Loves Nature is a Not For Profit organisation that aims to promote and encourage the community to support our unique and world-renowned biodiversity. We do this by creating nature trails in the urban environment that showcase the local plants, insects and animals using existing examples or street art, sculpture and augmented reality to feature them. Our first project will be the "Bee Scene in West Perth" nature trail; the City's first nature-based trail. The trail will showcase the magic and wonder of our Western Australian native bees, we have 800 species. We are also providing ways for the community to support our native bees with bee hotel workshops, in collaboration with Scitech, and information on what plants they need in their gardens and balconies.
