At Salty Fit, we are renowned throughout the eastern suburbs for our unique and passionate approach to teaching freestyle (as well as other strokes), and our adult swim squads and training programs. We want to share our passion for swimming in salt water, whilst offering an understanding of how the body should move through the water in the most efficient, powerful and natural way! We are a team of avid Ocean Swimmers, Body Surfers, Ocean Paddlers, Surfers (even Triathletes!) – so all round surf and ocean lovers.
