Our founder is a behavioral mathematican, fascinated by the human factor in business and data science. She is a finance veteran, a fintech and crypto admirer, a data science geek and a math lover. Barbara studied math, finance and psychology at the University of Konstanz and University of Zurich, and is the founder of empathic business, as well as an associate professor for Data Science at the Fresenius University and University of Bielefeld for Entrepreneurship.
