M&E Painting was founded in 2005 by Matt Shoup. Matt painted his way through college, graduated from Colorado State University in 2003 and married his college sweetheart Emily in 2004. They settled down in Fort Collins to begin their life together and Matt’s corporate career in mortgage banking. In 2005, Matt was laid off suddenly and founded M&E Painting that same year with only $100 to his name, a passion for entrepreneurship, and a desire to support his family. The M&E Painting team is composed of individuals who are not only brilliant in their profession, but also passionate about truly taking care of our customers.
